'Naming Contest' Brings Customers and Prospects Closer to the Liv'n Out Loud! Brand

HAMPSTEAD, N.H. , November, 6 2006 – In an effort to more closely involve their customers and prospects in the
Liv'n Out Loud! brand, Co-Founders Alyson Bruu and Kristine Fichera launched a global Customer Contest titled "3 for 3". The contest invited each person to submit their favorite personal saying; a saying that they strongly related to or lived by. A saying they thought to be powerful enough to adorn a Liv'n Out Loud! Lifestyle Tee and complement the overall tone and tenor of the Liv'n Out Loud! Clothing Company.

"When Alyson first came up with this concept, I thought it was a great idea" said Kristine Fichera, Bruu's partner. "I felt it was a good strategic move to invite the public into our process; to give them the opportunity to become more intimate with our brand. So we designed the campaign, pulled the trigger and within minutes our inboxes were popping! And it didn't stop for a week! We received literally hundreds and hundreds of brilliant, funny, soulful, sassy and some slightly left-of-center
t-shirt ideas. We loved it!"

Then came the difficult task of culling down the hundreds of ideas into a Top 10 list, which would then be put to the public for voting. "It was really, really hard to select only 10 sayings!" said Bruu. "So many of them were intriguing, interesting and evocative, but we had to pick only those we thought would have the most impact on our demographic".

The Top 10 Sayings were then showcased in a colorful, highly stylized email campaign and broadcast to the Liv'n Out Loud! universe. The voting began, continued for a week and the top 3 vote-getters finally became evident.

"Out of the Top 10 sayings that were put to the public, 5 of them jumped out to an immediate lead and never looked back", said Fichera. "They gathered a head of steam all through voting week and came through as the clear winners in the end".

Here are the Top 3 Winning Sayings, along with the names of those who submitted them. These sayings will adorn the next release of Lifestyle Tees:
