How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased online?
If you're not completely satisfied with your Liv'n Out Loud! purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us by the "Return by" date on your invoice. Included with your order is a return merchandise form, please send back the completed form with your returned item(s).

The "Return By" date is 30 days after your order date. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
If you make a return after 30 days, you will receive a merchandise exchange for the original price paid.
How do I cancel or change an order?
If you'd like to cancel or change your Liv'n Out Loud! order, please call 603-329-9599 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please understand that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders to you quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
