Alyson and I used to work together light years ago. We lost touch over
the years and I moved to Warsaw, Poland almost 15 years ago. I have

Hello Alyson and Kristine, I saw a segment on TV about your product and your story and your product
brought to mind a recent experience with some great people. I was recently invited by a group of women
who range in age 40-50 to join them in a weekend getaway. They refer to themselves as the Ya Ya's
(as in the Ya Ya sister hood). They get together for a weekend twice a year to just indulge themselves in
being responsibility free for an entire two days and yes- they whoop it up. They have been trying to
convince me to join them for a couple of years and finally I decided to join them. I had the best time-
laughed so hard that it was definitely the best ab workout in years.
Liv'n Out Loud definitely describes this group. I bought the items to give as gifts for the 3 Ya Ya's that hounded me until I joined them. Eventually I would love to also get the items for the remainder of the group.
Life does begin to change for women when their kids are grown and we begin to second guess what we are
doing with our lives (goodness knows I would rather be operating my own greenhouse rather than doing
clerical work in an office). Your story is inspirational to us-maybe when my kids are out of college I will get
brave enough to start my own business!!
